Risk Shield is lead by:
- Marco Tapia - Managing Director - who sets the direction of the company and contributes to the IP of Risk Shield (see below).
- Guido Tapia - Software Development Manager - who leads the software development team, based on a team of .NET developers with wide experience in modern .NET applications.
- David Booth - Business Analyst - with broad Business Analysis experience and years of understanding of Risk Management and its methodologies.

Marco A. Tapia is PicNet's Managing Director, responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company and its Risk Shield® product.
Since June 2002, PicNet has been providing a broad range of IT services leading to the reduction of risk for large corporations in Australia. PicNet provides services of Business Continuity Consulting, IT Managed Services and Software Development. Marco has 20 years of experience as Company Director, CIO, Business Technology Consultant and IT Project Manager. Marco holds an MBA from the University of NSW, a BSc (Electronics), a Diploma in Systems Analysis and he is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Risk Management Institution of Australia, Australian Computer Society, Australian Institute of Project Management and The Logistics Association of Australia.
He has presented at numerous conferences and seminars including The Australian Financial Review CIO conferences and the Terminal Operating Conferences. He is consulted on a regular basis by a number of Business Technology publications and has featured in the MIS magazine plus the Australian and US CIO magazine and Computerworld. |
